Human Review Is the Safety Layer

A safer AI workflow does not rely on AI output alone. It adds clear inputs, approved tools, verification steps, and human review before the output affects customers, decisions, money, policies, or public communication.

Start With Approved Inputs

Define what users can and cannot paste into AI tools. Sensitive data, passwords, private customer records, regulated documents, and confidential strategy should have clear handling rules.

Add Verification

Verification depends on the workflow. Check facts, sources, calculations, names, dates, policy claims, legal language, and customer promises. The more important the output, the stronger the verification should be.

Use Approval Gates

Approval gates prevent AI-assisted work from going live too early. A human should approve high-impact messages, automated actions, public content, customer-facing answers, or recommendations.

The safest AI workflows are not slow. They are clear: input rules, tool rules, review rules, and approval rules.
