AI Can Help, But It Cannot Own the Outcome

AI can draft, summarize, compare, and suggest, but human review is still required when the result matters. AI can sound confident while being wrong, incomplete, outdated, biased, or missing context.

What Human Review Should Check

  • Accuracy of facts, names, dates, numbers, and claims.
  • Source quality and whether citations are real and relevant.
  • Tone, context, audience fit, and business judgment.
  • Privacy, customer impact, legal sensitivity, and policy alignment.
  • Whether the output should be used at all.

Where Review Matters Most

Human review is especially important for customer communication, public content, hiring, legal or financial claims, healthcare topics, regulated work, security advice, and automated actions.

The goal is not to slow AI down. The goal is to keep humans accountable for the final decision.
