Use This Checklist Before Publishing AI-Assisted Content

AI can help creators and marketers move faster, but every AI-assisted content workflow should still include review, accuracy checks, and brand judgment.

The Checklist

  • Audience: Who is this content for?
  • Goal: What should the content help the audience understand or do?
  • Format: Is this a post, article, video, short, email, ad, or campaign asset?
  • Voice: Does it sound like the creator or brand?
  • Accuracy: Are facts, claims, names, numbers, quotes, and examples verified?
  • Rights: Does it avoid copying protected work or another creator’s recognizable style?
  • Privacy: Does it avoid exposing client, sponsor, customer, or audience data?
  • Promise: Does the title, hook, thumbnail, or CTA match the actual content?
  • Review: Has a human reviewed it before publishing?

The Rule

Use AI to speed up planning, drafting, repurposing, and review, but keep the final publishing decision human.
