An AI offer is not strong because it uses AI. It is strong because it solves a clear problem for a specific person or business. The AI Offer Builder Checklist helps you validate the offer before you spend too much time selling, designing, or automating it.
1. Name the Audience
Who is the offer for? Be specific. A clear audience lets you write better examples, price more clearly, and explain the result in language the buyer understands.
2. Define the Problem
The problem should be repeated and painful. Strong AI offers often improve lead follow-up, content production, research, reporting, customer intake, documentation, or decision support.
3. Map the Workflow
Write the workflow from input to output. What does the customer provide? What does AI help with? Where does a human review the result? What gets delivered?
4. Make the Promise Safe and Clear
Avoid hype and guaranteed-money claims. Promise the process and the practical result: faster drafts, better follow-up, clearer reports, organized research, or repeatable content assets.
5. Show Proof
Before-and-after examples make the offer easier to trust. Show the old workflow, the AI-assisted workflow, the review step, and what improved.
The Quick Checklist
- One specific audience.
- One repeated problem.
- One clear workflow.
- One safe promise.
- One human review point.
- One measurable result.
- One before-and-after proof example.
If the offer passes this checklist, it may be ready to test with a small audience or pilot customer.
