AI Use Cases Starting Point: What Problem Are You Solving?
Start With the Problem, Not the Tool
The best AI use cases begin with a clear problem. Before choosing a chatbot, agent, automation platform, or app connection, define what work needs to improve.
Questions to Ask First
- What task is slow, repeated, expensive, or inconsistent?
- What output should AI help create?
- Who reviews the result?
- What data does the workflow need?
- What business, career, or personal value does it create?
Use Cases Need Boundaries
A strong use case has a clear task, safe inputs, a useful output, and a review step. If those pieces are missing, the use case is not ready.
